I work exclusively for you — never for the landlord or the agency. My fee is the equivalent of one month's rent, with a minimum of €1,800, paid by the tenant. It covers the entire search: finding and filtering options (listed and off-market), preparing your application, organising viewings (with video reviews if you're not in Barcelona yet), negotiating terms, and reviewing your contract before you sign.
