When you work with me, you won’t be passed between agents, account managers or departments. I personally handle and oversee your property search from our first conversation to the moment you receive the keys.
I deliberately work with a limited number of clients at a time. This allows me to understand every search in detail, respond quickly and give each decision the attention it deserves.
When legal, financial or technical expertise is required, I coordinate the right trusted professionals while remaining your central point of contact throughout the process.
I'm Lara Birg — a licensed real estate agent in Barcelona, with particular experience working with international buyers and renters. I've lived in Spain since 2008, so I don't just speak the language — I understand how things work here: the unwritten rules, the local customs, and the way business is done. My clients get honest advice, full transparency, and someone who treats their search as if it were her own.

Yes. The entire search can be managed while you are abroad. Suitable properties can be viewed on your behalf, with live video viewings when appropriate, so the search can move forward before you arrive in Barcelona.

My search covers both the open market and opportunities available through my professional network of owners and agents. Off-market availability varies and cannot be guaranteed, but the search is not limited to the properties you can find yourself on the main portals.

For rental searches, I work on a flat fee agreed before we start. My fee is always agreed upfront. Full details on our first call, no surprises.

Yes. I work with both local and international buyers and tenants looking for a home in Barcelona. I also have extensive experience supporting clients relocating to the city or managing their property search from abroad.

Yes. I handle negotiations on your behalf and review the legal terms and documentation throughout the process. For property purchases, I also prepare a market analysis based on the area and property type to help assess the property and support the negotiation. Where more complex legal matters arise, I coordinate with specialised lawyers when needed.
